No. PropelIQ provides estimates to help you understand your property portfolio, but it is not a licensed financial, tax or legal advisory service. Always confirm important decisions with a registered tax agent or financial advisor.
We've built PropelIQ to reflect current Australian tax rules as closely as possible, including negative gearing and CGT calculations. However, every individual's tax situation is different, and calculations should be treated as estimates rather than a definitive figure for your tax return.
Yes. Your data is stored securely with encryption and access controls, and is only accessible to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
PropelIQ supports properties in all Australian states and territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT and NT.
Yes. You can add as many properties as you like and see them all in one portfolio dashboard.
We're working on features for capital gains tax (CGT) scenario modelling, including primary residence exemptions and sale profit estimates. Sign up to be notified when these features launch.
You can delete your own account at any time from the Account page in the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including your properties, loans, income and expense entries, and any sale scenarios.
